nice holiday park complex consists of three houses with gardens in the area. The residence is near the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

Sandy beach is located about 350 meters from the villa.

The apartments are comfortably and modern furnished, all have a balcony overlooking the gardens and pools.
• A 3 - to 3 persons apartment consists of lounge with kitchenette and sofa bed for 1 person, alcove with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace or garden. Air-conditioning on request for a fee.
• B 3 - 3-bed apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace or garden
• B - C5 - apartment for 5 people has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with 2 beds, alcove with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace or garden
• D6 - apartment for 6 people has a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two beds, alcove with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, garden or terrace

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Sat Accommodation is possible from 16.00 pm. Apartments must always be released on Saturday to 09.00 am.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and need to be handed apartment spotless (especially kitchen, bathroom and toilet), otherwise it will be charged a fee of € 100.00.
