Modern Olimpo Residence consists of three different four-story buildings with shops on the ground floor and is located on the outskirts of the port of Lignano Sabbiadoro, about 400m from the center.

Sandy beach is about 300m from the residence, get in there a short walk wide sidewalks. Beach service (1 umbrella and 2 beach chairs / apartment) in the price.

Various large apartments have kitchenette in the living room, bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV and a covered balcony, air conditioning for a fee. Apartments marked "g" have the garage (width about 2.4 m, height 2.2 m, 6.0 m length), other apartments may have a parking space. In some apartments apartments possibility order composition (arrangement of beds) may differ in specific apartments.
• A3-4 - Apartment for 3-4 people includes single and double sofa beds or bunk beds.
• B4-5 - Apartment for 4-5 persons has a bedroom with double bed and a living room with double sofa bed or bunk in the case of 5 people an additional bed on request.
• C7 - duplex apartment for 7 people. 1st floor - bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with double bed and one single bed. 2nd floor has a living room with double sofa bed.

At the request instead of the yacht (10 x 3.5 m) in the vicinity.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 17.00 hrs. Rooms must be released until 9.00 pm.

• Refundable deposit € 100.00 / apartment (payable on site)

• Extra bed € 35.00 / week (on request at an additional cost on the spot),
• bed linen € 8,00 per person / change (in the request for a fee on the spot),
• cot € 25,00 per week (on request at fee on the spot),
• air conditioning € 3,50 / day (on request for a fee on the spot),
• comprehensive travel insurance Union € 1.40 / person / day.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and must be handed over to the apartment tidy, otherwise it will be charged € 100.00 / apartment.
