Occidental residence is located in the resort Lignano Sabbiadoro, only 10 minutes from the centre.

Equipped sandy beach is almost directly next to the residence.

All apartments have a balcony, dining area in the living room and bathroom with shower and toilet.
• C 6-apartment for 6 persons: living room with kitchenette, double couch for 2 persons, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, bathroom with shower, balcony.

Self catering.

Reception with a lounge, 2 lifts.

Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 hrs. Apartments must be released every Saturday until 09.00 pm.

• Extra bed € 5.00 per day,
• bed linen € 8.00 / person / sharing,
• cot € 25.00 per week (all on request for a fee on the spot),
• comprehensive travel insurance ECP Plus € 2,00 / person / day.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and it is necessary that the apartment was handed over to put (a special dining area, bathroom and WC) in the opposite case, the charge € 100.00.
