The seven storey modern residence is situated in a pine grove resort Lignano Sabbiadoro almost directly on the beach.

It is right next to the mansion. Beach service fee on the spot.

Each apartment has color TV, a common antenna, air conditioning (for a fee). Some of them has a balcony with views of the bay.
• A 4-apartment for 4 persons: living room with sofa bed and kitchenette and double bed, bathroom with shower, balcony
• B 4-apartment for 4 persons: living room with a bunk bed or double sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony
• B 5-apartment for 5 persons: living room with kitchenette, bunk beds or double bed in the corner, 1 single bed, double bedroom, balcony
• C 6-apartment for 6 persons: living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed or 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, terrace

Self-catering

In a large pine park is a swimming pool for children and adults.

Baby cot for children until 3y. on request for a fee.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation from 17.00 h, apartments must be released until 9.00 pm.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and must pass apartment spotless (special kitchenette, bathroom and toilet), otherwise they will be charged € 100.00.

Transfer agency - apartment and back € 15,00 / apartment (payable on spot).
