Two houses are well located in the resort of Lignano Sabbiadoro with large garden and a reserved parking place.

Sandy beach is only 300 m from the residence with beach service in the price.

In the house are 4 apartments which are spacious and comfortably furnished and include a roof terrace with a balcony. Apartment is part of a microwave oven, satellite TV, air conditioning (for a fee).
• C 5 - Apartment for 5 persons: living room with a folding sofa, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, balcony in 1 floor with a roofed terrace.
• D 7-apartment for 7 persons: living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, bathroom with shower, balcony with 1 floor and roof terrace.

Self catering.

Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is from 16.00 h, apartments must be released every Saturday until 9.00 pm.

• beach service (1 umbrella + 1 beach chair + 1 beach chair),
• insurance against insolvency.

• Refundable deposit € 100.00 / apartment.

• Extra bed € 5 / day (on request, payable on site),

• comprehensive travel insurance ECP Plus € 2,00/ person / day.

Final cleaning is not the price, it is necessary that the apartment was handed over to put (a special dining area, bathroom and WC) in the opposite case, the charge € 100.00.
