Two independent buildings away from the beach only 300 m with a large garden, in a summer resort located in Lignano Pineta.

Sandy beach is 300m away from the residence. 1 beach service per apartment included.

All apartments are comfortably and practically furnished, have a large garden with terrace and parking place. Air-condition on requst for a fee.
• C5 -apartment for 5 persons: living room with a folding sofa, 2 bedrooms with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and roof terrace in 1 floor.
• D6 - apartment for 6 persons: living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom with double bed , 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, bathroom with shower, balcony with 1 floor and roof terrace on the ground floor.

Self catering.

1 parking place in garage per apartment.

Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 h, apartments must be released every Saturday until 9.00 pm.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and is due tidy bungalow (special kitchen, bathroom, WC) in the opposite case, the charge € 100.00.
