The recently built residence surrounded by trees, is located in walking distance of downtown .

The nearest beach is 200m. There is beach service (umbrella + beds or chairs) fee on the spot.

The residence offers accommodation in apartments for 5-6 persons.
Comfortably furnished apartments have air conditioning (fee), satellite TV and balcony.
• B5 - apartment for max 5 persons has a bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed as a single bed located in the bedroom or living room.
• C6 - apartment for max.6 person has a bedroom with double bed, room with two single beds or bunk beds, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom with tub and toilet.
• D6 - the same composition as the C6, with the addition of a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

Self-catering.

Swimming pool for children and adults, garden, elevator and parking (till exhaustion of capacity).

Baby cot for children since 3 years old on request for a fee.

Minimum stay is 7 nights, First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 to 20.00 hrs. Rooms must be released on the day of departure until 10.00.
