The nine floor building Alideco (Condominio) is located in Lignano Sabbiadoro.

The sandy beach is equipped with about 200 m away.

All apartments have a balcony, dining area in the living room and bathroom with shower and toilet. Air-conditioning on request for a fee.
• C5 -apartment for 5 persons: living room with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed or double bed and a fixed bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed or one bed, bathroom with shower, balcony
• C5+ - apartment for 5 people as the apartment is equipped with a C5 but has also a garage.

Self catering.

Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 hrs. Apartments must be released every Saturday until 09.00 pm.

• Extra bed € 5.00 per day,
• air-conditioning € 3,50 / day,
• bed linen € 8.00 / person / sharing cot € 25.00 per week (all on request for a fee on the spot),
• comprehensive travel insurance, ECP Plus € 2,00 / person / day.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and it is necessary that the apartment was handed over to put (a special dining area, bathroom and WC) in the opposite case, the charge € 100.00.
