Nice holiday complex is located in the middle of greenery, on a quiet spot in Lignano Riviera.

Sandy beach is about 200 m away.

The complex consists of a 4-storeys buildings and 2 small buildings. All apartments were completely renovated, have a bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen corner in living rooms, color TV and a balcony. Each apartment has 1 parking space in the garage.
• Type C5 for 5 persons consists of a bedroom with a double bed, room with bunk bed and single bed and living room.

Self catering.

Swimming pool. Sun chairs as long as available.

Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 hrs. Apartments must be released every Saturday until 09.00 pm.
