The five- storeys apartment house is located in the quieter part of Lignano Pineta, just a few minutes walk from the town.

Sandy beach is located 200 meters from the apartment.

Two-room apartments for 4 persons.
• B 4 – composed of bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa-bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.

Self catering.

Elevator, public parking, central TV antenna.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is possible from 16.00 pm. Apartments must always be released on Saturday to 09.00 am.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and need to be handed apartment spotless (especially kitchen, bathroom and toilet), otherwise it will be charged a fee of € 100.00.
