The apartment house is located about 1.5 km from the historic center of Grado.

Sandy beach paid (price and payment on site) is about 50 meters from the apartment, free beach about 200 m. There is a beach service fee (price and payment on site).

Nice apartments have a bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine, TV, air conditioning and private balcony.

The length of stay is 7 nights on any request. First day is Saturday to demand any. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released on the day of departure until 10.00 am.

• a comprehensive travel insurance Union € 1.40 per person a day.

Bed linen and towels are available and must bring your own or for a fee to book a place. The apartments are clean and sold to the client must be forwarded to clean, charge, or to book a spot cleaning.
