The residence is located in the north of Rimini, in part Torre Pedrera and consists of two separate buildings with 40 apartments.

The nearest beach is 100 to 150 meters from the residence. Beach service (1 umbrella + 2 chairs) on request for extra.

The apartments have a safe, color TV and balcony. Apartments on the ground floor windows are smaller. Extra bed on request in advance for a fee.
• MONO 3 - for max.3 people have a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and one bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette, balcony.
• BILO 4 - to max.4 people have a bedroom for 2 persons, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette, balcony.
