The residence is located in the heart of Rimini, only a few meters from shops and restaurants.

The nearest beach is only 100m from the residence.

The residence offers accommodation in large modern apartments which have bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, Wi-Fi for a fee (price and payment on site), air conditioning and balcony. Extra bed on request for a fee.
• MONO 2 - for a maximum of 2 persons - a living room with double bed / sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom.
• BILO 4 - to max.4 person - has a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two persons, kitchen, bathroom.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 14.00 hrs. Rooms must be released by 10.00 times.
