Newly built residence modern, open in summer 2006, is located about 600m from the center of Lido di Savio.

The residence is located directly on the sandy beach, beach service fee (discount, payment on site).

All apartments are furnished with new furniture and have bathrooms with shower box and toilet, kitchenette with fridge, freezer, oven and electric cooker heating and air conditioning, balcony and have wheelchair access.
• MONO 2 for max. 2 persons has a living room with sofa double bed.
• BILO 4 for max. 4 people has a bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa double bed.

Self-catering.

Reception, elevator, TV room, pool for children and adults, solarium, washing machine and coin parking fee.

The length of stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 to 20.00 hrs. Rooms must be released on the day of retirement from 8.00 to 10.00 hrs.
