Casa Luppolo complex consists of two small family houses, divided into individual apartments and is located in a quiet environment. From Magazzini are about 1.5 km distant by road from the center Portoferaio about 8km.

Sandy beach is about 700 meters from the apartments, the steeper the trail, or drive about 1.5 km. Small beach free or paid (deckchairs and parasols, no toilets and showers).

Total 8 apartments in the type of white. All apartments are nicely furnished with separate entrance, kitchenette with stove and large refrigerator, bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV and terrace.
• BILO 4 consists of a bedroom with double bed and a living room with 2 folding chairs and dining table. Extra bed available, see price BILO 5.
