The resort is located in the heart of Magna Grecia, 2km far from the archaeological zone of southern Italy, 3km from the town of Sibari and 500m from the town of Marina di Sibari, where there are restaurants, bars, shops, pizzeria. The resort is separated from the beach and pine forest has its own golf course.

1 km of private sandy beach. There is beach service (umbrella + 2 chairs), minibus beach, canoes and pedal boats (fee).

The residential part is located closer to the town of Marina di Sibari
• BILO 2 / 4 - for max. 4 people has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, room with double bed, toilet, TV, air conditioning and veranda.
