Residence Il Gabbiano is situated at the coastal path for about 500 meters from the center of the old town of Scalea with shops and restaurants.

100m away private sandy-pebble beach (across the road). Each apartment has a beach book free 1 parasol and 2 folding chairs.

The apartments are located in a modern three-storey building with three entrances, are practically furnished and each has a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, terrace overlooking the sea, mountains and town.
• BILO 4 for 2-4 persons: bedroom with double bed and a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed for 2 persons and a spacious balcony.
• TRILO 6 for 4-6 persons: bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette, sofa bed for 2 persons and a spacious balcony, room with one bed and bathroom.
