Location
Residence La Fattoria is located at the place full of greenery and relaxation, part-town Ricadi Torre Ruffa, which is named after the guard towers of the 16 st. Romantic town Tropea is located 7 km. Part Torre Ruffa is known clear blue sea and a rare plant that grows only in this area-fern "Woodward radicans.
Beach
Approximately 300 meters from the residence is a small narrow beach of white sand and rocky cliffs. Large wide beach Tono is about 1 km away and is reachable beach van, which is available to customers free of charge. Clients are also available from the residence umbrellas and deck chairs free of charge.
Accomodation
The residence consists of three types of apartments.
• MONO 2, the kitchenette on the covered patio room with double bed and bathroom.
• BILO 3 / 4 has a living room with kitchenette and bunk beds, room with double bed, toilet, balcony or terrace. Prices according to occupation (see list).
• TRILO 5 / 6 has a living room with kitchenette and bunk beds, room with double bed, room with 2 beds, bathroom, balcony or terrace. Prices according to occupation (see list).

Facilities and services
Reception, bar, restaurant, which organizes Italian evening for clients, otherwise the restaurant is closed and parking.
Sport and relax
Swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds.
Lenght of stay, check-in
Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 17.00 hrs. and rooms must be released in 10.00.

Obligatory supplements

Note
Final cleaning isn´t included, but the apartment must be handed straight (especially kitchenette and bathroom), otherwise they will be charged.
Transport
