The residence is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation, directly on one of the most beautiful beach in Capo Vaticano - Groticelle beach, about 9 km from the town of Tropea, which offers evening entertainment and a center filled with shops and restaurants.

There is a beach service (beach umbrella +2 seats) for a fee, water bikes. Beach minibus is available for only hours away from the beach to the residence.

The residence is known for its environment maintained and offers accommodation in apartments, which have a kitchenette, bathroom, balcony or veranda.
