The complex is located in the town in Montepaone maintained garden with Mediterranean vegetation.

The beach of fine, white sands with extra fine gravel and beach service (umbrella, beach chair and bed) is situated about 350m from the complex.

Each apartment has its own entrance and air conditioning (fee), apartments are located on ground floor or 1st floor.
• BILO 2 / 3 has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, terrace or balcony, TV, air conditioning (fee).
• BILO 4 / 5 has a living room with kitchenette and sofa double bed and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, terrace or balcony, TV, air conditioning (fee).

Reception, bar, pool, garden, parking.

Cot upon request for a fee on the spot.

Small pets allowed at the residence of the request for a fee on the spot.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 17.00 hrs. Rooms must be released in 10.00.
