The complex is located in the town in Montepaone maintained garden with mediterranean vegetation.

Beach of fine white gravel beach service option is located about 350 meters from the complex.

Each apartment has its own entrance and air conditioning (fee), apartments are located on the ground floor or 1st floor.
• Apartment Bilo 2 / 3 has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, room with double bed, bathroom, terrace or balcony, TV, air conditioning (fee required).
• Apartment Bilo 4 / 5 has a living room with kitchenette and sofa double bed and sofa bed, room with double bed, bathroom, terrace or balcony, TV, air conditioning (fee required).

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 17.00 pm and rooms must be released by 10.00 am.
