New construction surrounded by greenery is located about 1km from the center of the beautiful picturesque town of Diamante.

Sandy beach of small stones is about 800m away from the residence. Client shall have the beach and beach minibus service for a fee.

The residence offers furnished apartments as standard. Extra bed on request.
• MONO 2 living room with kitchenette and wife, bed, toilet, balcony with sea or pool
• BILO 4 living room with kitchenette and bunk beds, double bedroom, bathroom, small veranda
• TRILO 5 / 6 living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed, room with double bed and 1 bed, double bedroom, bathroom, small veranda.

Self-catering.

Reception, bar, swimming pool with hydromassage, parking.

Pets are not allowed.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday, respectively. Sun Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released in 10.00.

• air conditioning € 50.00 apartment / week (to demand payment on the spot, reported in the book),
• linen € 8.00 / (on request, payment on site),
• towels € 7.00 / (on request, payment on site)
• extra bed € 70.00 (on request, payment on the spot, reported in the book),
• a comprehensive travel insurance Union € 1.40 / person / day
