Roma Apartments are located in two parts Rome - San Pietro-Vaticano and Navona / Foro Romano. The area of San Pietro-Vaticano is located on the west side of Rome, where you can find the Vatican Palace and St. Stephen's Cathedral. Petra with such monuments as Sixstínska Chapel, Michelangelo's frescos, Raphael's room, Pope's apartments. Area Navona / Foro Romano is situated between the Palatine hill and the Capitoline Hill and is one of the most important cultural and tourist areas of town where you can find Navona Square, Pantheon, Roman excavations in the area, the Four Rivers fountain, obelisk.

The apartments offer accommodation in three types for 2-7 people.
In the area Vaticano are apartments of type Palazzetto, Caravaggio, Tiepolo and Rafaello.
All apartments have their own bathroom and kitchenette, heating, washing machine, refrigerator, TV. Apartments type Palazzetto and Caravaggio in addition to the microwave oven. Raffaello apartment has an additional dryer. All apartments except Caravaggio also have air conditioning.
• STUDIO 2 - for 2 people - has a living room with double bed, 2.lôžkami or sofa bed for 2 persons with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet (type Palazzetto 20m2).
• MONO 4 - 4 persons - has a living room with double bed and 2 beds, bunk beds or sofa bed for 2 persons and a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet (type Palazzetto 40m2, Forno).
• BILO 5 - for 5 people - has a bedroom with double bed, living room with 2 beds or sofa bed for 2 persons and a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet (type Caravaggio, Palazzetto 50m2).
• TRILO 6 - for 6 people - has a bedroom with double bed, room with 2 beds or bunk beds and a living room with sofa bed for 2 people and 1 or 2 kitchens, bathroom with shower and toilet (type Raffaello, Palazzetto 20 +40 m2).
• TRILO 7 - for 7 persons - has a bedroom with double bed, room with bunk beds or 2 beds, living room with 1 bed and couch for 2 persons and a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet (type Palazzetto 40 +50 m2).
Composition of the apartments and in particular the distribution of beds can vary according to individual owners taste.

Self-catering.

Minimum stay is 2 nights, first day is any. Accommodation is available on weekdays from 15.00 to 17.00 hours on Sundays and public holidays until 19:00 pm for a mandatory fee. Rooms must be released on the day of departure until 10.00.

• energy consumption,
• bed linen and towels,
• final cleaning (except the hob and washing machine),
• insurance against insolvency.

• Refundable deposit € 150.00 / apartment (payment on site),
• tourist tax € 2.00 per person per night (up to 10 nights, payment on site),
• the fee for arrival on Sundays or holidays € 15.00 / apartment (payment on site),
• late arrival € 15.00 / apartment (payment on site),
• final cleaning € 25.00 to 60.00 / apartment (payment on site).

• Extra cleaning € 15.00 / apartment (on request, payment on site),
• change of towels € 5.00 per person (on request, payment on site),
• a comprehensive travel insurance ECP Plus € 2,00 / person / day.

Final cleaning does not include cleaning the hob and washing machine, which the client must pass tidy or you can order a cleaning fee of € 15.00 / cleaning (payment on site).
