New modern residence Green Bay (May 2004) is located between the towns of Silvi Marina (3km) and Pineto (2km), on a sunny hill, surrounded by greenery. It provides spectacular views of the sea. Trade in basic goods 500m, and a large shopping center 1.5 km.

The apartments are conveniently and efficiently furnished, have bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning, kitchenette in the living room.
•BILO 4 - consists of a bedroom with two beds and living room with double sofa bed, large terrace with sitting.
•TRILO 6 - consists of a bedroom with two beds, another bedroom with bunk beds and a living room with double sofa bed, large terrace with sitting. Possibility of one extra bed or cot at extra charge.

Own parking, garage for a fee. Central to all private swimming pool complex (open 23.06 - 01.09). Relaxation and entertainment: near cultural sites, natural parks, medieval towns, traditional culinary specialties and wine lovers a variety of opportunities for evening entertainment. Taxi service between Silva and Pineta (Agreement on the spot).

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Apartments must be free until 09.00 pm.
