Elegant Village is located just 1km from the town Montesilvano and 5km from the town of Pescara. 300m is Porto Alegre - open late into the night, where there are cinemas, shops, casinos and restaurants.

Distance from the private sandy beach is 200 to 300 meters. There is a beach service (beach umbrella + sofa and chair), pedal boats, sailboats and canoes at certain hours, when acting classes, showers. For persons with disabilities is available JOB truck taking them comfortably on the beach and even into the sea, but only to low depths.

The hotel has 200 guest rooms with modern facilities and a veranda. There is also room for clients with disabilities. Double rooms with one or two extra beds have bathroom, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe, bars, refrigerator and balcony. The 4-bed room 3rd 4.lôžko is a sofa bed, from which arises bunk bed.
