New modern residence Dune Delle is located between resorts Martinsicuro and Villa Rosa. The residence is situated in a quiet location near the pedestrian and bicycle trail. A large shopping center is 900 meters away.

100m from the wide free beaches and 150m from paid beach with Riccardo bar and beach service.

Total capacity of the residences are 4 apartments type Bilo and 12 apartments type Trilo. All apartments have satellite TV, bathroom with shower / WC, washing machine and a balcony with seating. The majority of apartments are sea views. Some small apartment have the option of air conditioning on request at an additional cost.
• BILO 4 has a bedroom with double bed and living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette.
• TRILO 6 has a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two beds, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette.
