Florida Residence is an 8-storey building, situated in a quiet area, only 200 m from the center of Porto S. Margherita and about 3 km from the historic center of Caorle. Shops and restaurants are nearby residences.

Directly on the sandy beach, beach service (1 umbrella and 2 deck chairs respectively armchairs / apartment) for free in the months from May to September.

A total of 38 rooms is comfortably furnished, all rooms have bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, hair dryer, balcony or garden.
• BILO A for up to 5 people has a bedroom with 3 beds and a living room with double sofa bed.
• BILO B for up to 5 people the same as white or arrangement, but it overlooks the sea.

Swimming pool for adults and children, solarium, Jacuzzi for a fee on the spot.

Baby cot on request in advance for a fee on the spot, playground, club for children aged 3-8 years in the period 06/11 to 08/26/2011 Monday-Friday (extra charge locally).

Standard length of stay. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16 , 00 hrs. Rooms must be released by 10.00 pm.

Final cleaning is included but the kitchen corner (fridge) must be handed over to tidy, otherwise it will be charged € 35.00 / apartment.
