Residence La Quercia built in 2004 is located in the center near Caorle Lido Altanea.

The complex is situated about 800m from the sandy beach. Beach service fee on the spot, respectively. can be ordered in advance.

Apartments are located on both sides of the passage. Some are small terraced houses (for more apartments in each). All are newly furnished and have air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, American coffee maker, bathroom with shower and toilet and hair dryer.
• B5V - 2-floor apartment for max 5 persons, ground floor - living room with kitchenette and sofa-bed for 2 persons, garden floor - bedroom with 3 beds and bathroom.
• C7 - for up to 7 persons, living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, bedroom with 3 beds, another bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom and balcony.
• C7V - 2-floor apartment for up to 7 persons, ground floor - living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom and garden floor - bedroom with 3 beds, another bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom.

In the central part of the complex is located passage with shops.

In the upper part of the complex is a large swimming pool.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Sat Accommodation is possible from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released until 10.00.
