The newly built (2007) Ai Ginepri Residence is located near the famous Lido Altanea Caorle, about 100m from the shopping center "La Quercia.

Sandy beach is located about 700m from the residence. Beach service (beach umbrella + 2 chairs) for a fee in place, can be booked in advance.

The residence has 115 apartments. Apartment type "V" (two storey) are located in smaller buildings (for more apartments) and have a garden, other apartments are in multi-storey buildings and have a balcony. All apartments are newly furnished with air conditioning, satellite TV, microwave, electric coffee maker, hair dryer, safe and large fridge.
• B4 - Apartment for 4 persons is about 35m2, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony.
• B5V - apartment for max 5 persons is about 45 square meters and has two floors. Ground floor: living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, a small garden. Floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• C6V - Apartment for 6 persons is about 55 square meters and has two floors. Ground floor: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom without shower and small garden. First floor: bedroom with double bed, another smaller bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet.
• C7 - apartment for up to 7 people is about 70m2, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and single bed, another bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony

Common garden and swimming pool for adults and children, sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, parking.

Baby cot on request in advance for a fee.

The length of stay is 7 nights on any request. First day is Saturday to demand any. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released on the day of departure until 10.00 am.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and the apartment must be handed over to tidy, otherwise they will be charged a fee (can be ordered and paid upon arrival).
