Margherita Residence was built in 2003 and consists of 16 terraced villas and is located in a quiet area about 500m from the center of Caorle. Shops and restaurants are located nearby.

Sandy beach is only about 200m from the residence.
Beach service upon advance request for a fee on the spot.

All apartments are comfortably furnished and have satellite TV, washing machine, safe, air conditioning / heating and a terrace or garden.
• BILO 4 / 6 - for 6 people has a bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed/bunk bed, living room with kitchenette, a bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom with shower and toilet.

Self catering.

Swimming pool for adults with an integrated children's section and sun terrace with sun loungers. Parking (to the capacity).

Cot available on request in advance for a fee.

The length of stay is 7 nights on any request. First day is Saturday to demand any. Accommodation is available from 16:00 - 20:00. Rooms must be released on the day of departure until 10.00 am.
