All villas and bungalows are situated in a quiet residential area of Torre Suda about 10km from the historic town of Gallipoli in the direction of Cape Santa Maria di Leuca on the Ionian coast.

Villas - Type A (for 6 persons) - closed complex 3-bedroom terraced villas is situated directly on the sea (about 20m), so most have a partial sea view. All are comfortably furnished and consist of a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, rooms with double beds and rooms with two beds. They have a well equipped kitchen, private bathroom, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, outdoor shower and a closed parking place.
• Villas (for 60 to 10 people) - spacious and functionally furnished villa situated in its own gardens from 10 to 100 meters from the sea have equipped kitchen, own parking space or garage, garden grill and outdoor shower.
• Villa B 6 / 8 (terraced villa in the garden for two) - living room with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms, 2 full sanitary facilities.
• Villa D 8 / 10 (detached villa in the garden) - living room with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms, ensuite, or 2 beds.

The resort is available to a business center, bar, restaurant, sports center with tennis courts and children playground.

Length of stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 14.00 hrs. Rooms must be released on departure day by 10.00.
