The apartments are located compared to the thermal device, about 1.5 km from the historic center of Grado.

Sandy beach is paid about 150 m from the apartment, free beach about 400m. Beach service for a fee (price and payment on site).

All apartments have a bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine, TV, air conditioning and private balcony.
• B4 - for up to 4 people consisting of a bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom and balcony.

Some apartments have a parking space outside the parking garage, another in the underground garage.

Baby cot on request in advance for a fee.

The length of stay is 7 nights on any request. First day is Saturday to demand any. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hrs. Rooms must be released on the day of departure until 10.00 am.

• energy consumption fee € 50.00 / apartment (paid locally).

• Cot € 30.00 per week (on request, payment on site),
• final cleaning € 50,00 / room (on request, payment on the spot),
• bed linen and towels € 10.00 per person / change (on request payment on the spot),
• a comprehensive travel insurance Union € 1.40 per person a day.

Prices do not include linen. The client must have its own. or can be ordered in advance for a fee. Apartments must be cleaned transmitted, or final cleaning fee.
