Villa Les Mimosas is situated in the resort at the foot of Saint Raphaël Esterelského massif between Cannes and Saint Tropez. The Centre has evolved from a small fishing village to the famous seaside resort, thanks to a rich menu of activities, which offers a pleasant environment. The residence is about 100m from the small shops and three kilometers from the center.

The apartments are located in cluster villages in three hectares large park and all have: kitchenette (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher - except studio apartments), bathroom with shower and toilet, TV (fee), wi-fi connection Internet for a fee, balcony or terrace.
• Studio 2 - about 18-25 square meters for 2 persons, consists of one living room with sofa double bed, kitchenette, bathroom.
• A2-4 - apartment for max 4 people is about 26 square meters, living room with sofa double bed, bedroom with bunk beds, kitchenette, bathroom.
• A2-4 / 5 - apartment for max 5 persons is 28 to 31 square meters, living room with sofa double bed, bedroom with double bed + additional bed in the bedroom (or fold-over double bunk bed), kitchenette, bathroom.
• A2-6 - apartment for max 6 persons is about 37-45 square meters, living room with sofa double bed, alcove with bunk beds, bedroom with double bed,OR living room with pull-out bed for 2 persons and single sofa bed, double bedroom and hallway with a bed, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms kitchenette, 2 bathrooms.
• A3-8 - apartment for max 8 persons is about 49-54 square meters, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, bedroom with double bed, 2 alcoves (cabin) door with a small window - each with a bunk bed, kitchenette, 1 bathroom + 1 shower with WC.

Closed car to run out of capacity, wi-fi internet access for a fee, laundry fee.

Outdoor swimming pool (April to September), sports grounds, petanque, sauna / hammam / spa for a fee.

Kids club for children 4-11y. in July and August - 5 times a week for half a day free. Teenage club 12-15y.

Pets allowed on request for a fee (required vaccination certificate and use the leash in the premises of the residence).

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday, respectively. Sun Accommodation is available at the time on Saturday from 17.00 to 20.00 hours on Sunday or at the time of 15.00 to 18.00 hrs. Apartments must be released on the day of departure until 10.00.
