Palais Rossini Residence is located on the edge of the art center zone, directly in the capital of the Côte d'Azur in Nice, the famous Promenade des Anglais, the flower market, a nice port and beautiful old town.

About 800m from the Promenade des Anglais, which is located in close proximity to the sea and beaches.

Air-conditioned apartments have a kitchenette (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom with shower and WC, internet connection, free TV (national programs). Studio Apartment One type is adapted for persons with disabilities, is on the ground floor and has direct access from the parking lot (reserved places).
• Studio 2 - for max 2 persons, living room with sofa double bed or 2 single beds.
• A2-4 - apartment for max 4 persons has a living room with sofa double bed, a bedroom with two single beds. May have a separate toilet.
• A4 - Apartment "Duplex" is a deck, for up to 4 people is about 35-40 square meters, has a living room with sofa double bed, a bedroom with twin beds, bathroom and separate toilet.

Pet on request allowed for a fee on the spot - must have a current certificate of vaccination and tagging. Dogs must be on leash in the residence.

The standard length of stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 17.00 hrs. Rooms must be released in 10.00. Upon request, the possibility of an accelerated and weekend stays (mostly off-season).
