The residence is situated in the purchase of Cannes La Bocca, about 2 km from the center of Cannes and 32 km from Nice. Shops, boutiques and restaurants are right next to residences. 3 km away is the famous Croisette with palm alley, luxury hotels and boutiques.

The residence is situated on the quay, 50 m from the sandy public beach across the railway underpass.
