The residence is situated on the outskirts of Cannes, in the port of Mandelieu la Napoule. The nearest shops are 50 meters away From Cannes is about 7 km, 37 km from Nice.

The residence is located 1 km from the beach.

Two-storey building is situated in the spacious garden with a playground for beach volleyball. In all the apartments is a small kitchenette (double stove-top, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven or microwave, coffee maker), bathroom (bath / shower, WC), TV, telephone, air conditioning, balcony.
• A1-4 to the max. 4 people has an area of about 25 m2 has a living room with double sofa bed in the bunk bed entrance separate from the living room door.
