The apartment complex Zaton Holiday Village is situated amidst beautiful pine grove in the tourist resort Zaton, about 1.5km from the town of Nin, and 16km from Zadar.

The pebble - sandy beach, which is more than a kilometer long and offers a wide beach service, are located about 50-300m. The beach is suitable for families with small children.
Deck chairs and parasols on the beach is possible for a fee.

Holiday Village Zaton are apartments that were fully or substantially renovated with new furniture, bathroom and kitchen facilities. The apartments are located in single-storey brick houses in a typical Dalmatian style, terraced houses. All apartments have bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe, fan in the living room kitchenette with stove and basic utensils, coffee maker, balcony or terrace. Apartments with 4 * have an Internet connection.
3 * Apartments:
• Studio for 2 persons with an area of about 20 m2 consists of a room with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with toilet, satellite TV, telephone, coffee maker, safe, hair dryer, terrace with seating.
• Studio for 3 people with an area of about 20 m2 consists of a room with double bed and extra bed, kitchenette, bathroom with toilet and have TV, telephone, coffee maker, safe, hair dryer, terrace with seating.
• A4 - Apartment for 4 people with an area of about 29 m2 consists of a bedroom with double bed or two twin beds, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV, telephone, coffee maker, safe, hairdryer, terrace or balcony with seating.
• A5 - Apartment for 5 persons with an area of about 35 m2 has a bedroom with double bed, a room with two twin beds, living room with sofa bed for 1 person, kitchen and dining area, bathroom with toilet and shower, satellite TV, telephone, coffee maker, safe, hairdryer, terrace with seating.
Apartments 4 *:
• Studio 2 - for 2 people with an area of about 25 m2 has one room with double bed and a kitchen and dining area. Facilities include a bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV, telephone, internet, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, safe, hair dryer, terrace with seating. Accommodation 3rd people on a couch in the period 07.05.-06.10.2011, 09.24.2011 and 09.10 for free or for a fee.
• A4 - Apartment for 4 people with an area of about 36 m2 consists of a double bedroom, living room with two beds, kitchen and dining area, bathroom with tub and toilet. Facilities include satellite TV, telephone, internet, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, safe, hairdryer, balcony with seating.
• A5 - Apartment for 5 persons with an area of about 48 m2 consists of a bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two twin beds, living room with extra beds for 5th person, kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate toilet. Facilities include satellite TV, telephone, internet, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, safe, hairdryer, terrace or balcony with seating.
• A5 / 6 - apartment for 5-6 persons with an area of about 58 m2 consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen and dining area, bathroom with tub and toilet. Facilities include satellite TV 2 telephone, internet, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, safe, hairdryer, balcony with seating. On the elevated floor is a double bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet.

Half board buffet restaurant in central center at extra charge.

Reception, bar, conference room, restaurant. Near the shop, the pizzeria, snack bar, pub, hairdresser, clinic, gift shop and newspaper. The resort is also a supermarket and clothing stalls. Parking is available near the apartments. Dancing on the beach terrace and pizzeria, grill and bar, on the outskirts of the resort is SATURNUS disco.

2 outdoor swimming pools with fresh water, tennis courts, mini golf, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, rent chairs and umbrellas, scooters, boats, water bikes, mountain bikes, parasailing, aerobics, riding instruction and diving school, water gymnastics and various sports and entertainment animation for children and adults.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 16:00 am, apartments must be released by 09:00.
Upon request, the possibility of an extended stay.
The apartments 3 * the possibility of another entrance on request.

• Half board for adult € 116.00 to 131.00 / week,
• half board for children 3 to 12 y. € 65.00 / week in period from 06.23-01.09.2012 (to demand payment in TA).
In other terms the child from 3-12 years free of charge meals.
Child under 3 years is not a diet.
• small animals to 8 kg from € 56.00 to 84.00 / week depending on the time (to demand payment on the spot),
• cot € 28.00 to 49.00 / week according to season, (to demand payment on the spot),
• comprehensive travel insurance ECP plus € 2, 00 / person / day.

Final cleaning is not included in the price and must deliver apartment tidy, otherwise a fee € 35.00.
