Villa Anka is situated in Biograd na Moru, in a quiet section called Dražica. City Centre is located approximately 5 minutes walk and the nearest supermarket is 50 meters from the villa.

The beach Dražica, which is situated about 480 meters from the villa, journey straight. Dražica pebble beach is equipped with showers, cabins for changing clothes, swimming pool with salt water (admission free), and the service first slide assistance. Approximately 700 meters from the beach is remote sandy salt with a gradual entry into the water.

The house has seven apartments on the first and 2nd floor. The owners live downstairs.
• Studio 1 / 2 is located on the 1st floor. It is a room with double bed, mini kitchenette (basic facilities for heating coffee and food (no sink), refrigerator, bathroom with toilet and balcony.
• Apartment A 2 +2 for the first the second floor has a bedroom with double bed, daily room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 1-2 persons, balcony, bath with her toilet, satellite TV, air conditioning for a fee.
• Apartment A4 (+2) for the first and 2nd floor has two bedrooms with double beds, day room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 1-2 persons, 2x balcony, bathroom with WC, TV SAT.

Self catering. 220 meters from the guest house is pension which can supplement the breakfast or dinner. Breakfast is continental and served, the dinner choice of three menu (main course, soup or dessert and a salad bar).

Parking in front of the house (one car per apartment), grill.

Children under 2 years free of charge.

The standard length of stay is 7 nights. First day is Saturday. Extended stays are possible at night and 10/11 First day there are also Tuesday. Accommodation is available from 15.00 pm and rooms must be released by 09.00 am.
