Apartments Sven are located right in the center of Biograd na Moru on peninsula. Near the house there is a market town with a fish shop and the other shops, bakery and restaurant. The apartments are located in the quite street and is suitable for holidaymakers searching for nightlife. The city center is known for a number of actions, singing and dancing entry.

The house is located only 50 meters from the nearest beach. On the beach Bošana to get on the road about 850 meters long, the main town beach Dražica is about 600 meters away.

The apartments are located on the ground floor and three floors. The apartments may require air-conditioning charge. Studio Apartment No. 8 and No 1 are suitable for demanding clients. Studio for 2 persons No. 8 is located on the ground floor and consists of a smaller room with double bed, bathroom with toilet, kitchenette, satellite TV, a stove is located outside on the patio, barbecue and outdoor seating for the study.
• Apartment 1 / 2 (+2) No. 1 is located in the basement with ventilation windows, and has a bedroom with double bed, day room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV, fan.
• Apartment 1 / 2 (+2) No. 2 and 3 are on the first floor. Apartment No. 2 has a balcony and a washing machine. Apartment No.3 is sitting on the inner terrace situated on the stairs.
• Apartment 1 / 2 (+2) No. 4 and 5 are located on the 2nd floor. Suite No. 4 has a washing machine. On the mezzanine there is a large terrace with a few tables and a grill with a sea view from all apartments.
• Apartment 1 / 2 (+2) No. 6 and 7 are in the attic. Both suites are sea views.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. Accommodation is available from 15.00 pm and rooms must be released by 09.00 am.
