Pleasant hotel consists of a main building and annex and is located in a beautiful cove between Opatija resort and marina, about 500 m from the center of town Icici near the seaside promenade.

sandy beach with concrete plateaus for sunbathing is about 30 m from the hotel beach with fine sand is about 100m away from the hotel.

Total 86 rooms is located in the main building or dependance. Smaller rooms are simply and efficiently furnished and have bathroom with shower and toilet, central heating and telephone. Single rooms are approximately 10 m2, situated in the main building and overlook the park or the street. Double rooms are 15 to 22 square meters and located in the main building, the possibility of 1 extra bed. Rooms overlook the street or park.

Half served buffet style. Option supplement for served dinners.

Reception, bar, restaurant, terrace, parking fee on the spot. The center has the possibility to rent personal watercraft, šliapadiel and tennis courts.

1 child under 12 years + 1 adult in double room = subsidized price for the child.
