Belvedere apartment complex, situated on the slopes, located about 500 meters from the historic center of town Vrsar, sealing in 4 rows of gradually declining towards the sea.

The rocky and sandy beach is about 20 to 200 meters and is covered sunbathing area. There are sunbeds and umbrellas for a fee on the spot.

The complex offers accommodation in apartments for 3-4 persons. All apartments are air conditioned and have bathroom with shower and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, internet access and balcony.
• STD - for max. 3 people consists of a living room and bedrooms with beds separated by a glass wall and sofa bed.
• A3 and B3 - for max.3 persons consists of bedroom with double bed or 2 beds and living room with sofa bed. B3 Apartments are located in the front row next to the sea.
• A4 - for max. 4 persons consists of bedroom with double bed or 2 beds and living room with sofa bed for 2 persons.

Individual with the option of ordering half. All hotel guests must have the same type of diet.

The Middle Hotel Pineta - outdoor and indoor pools. In nearby Porto Sole Sport Centre - bike rental, tennis courts, mini golf, volleyball, basketball, boccia, aerobics, football pitch.

Child and adult evening entertainment programs, mini club.

Minimum stay is 3, respectively. 7 nights First day Saturday or Sunday, on any request. Accommodation is available from 15.00 hrs. Rooms must be released on departure day by 10.00.
