The apartment complex is situated in the Savudrija on the edge of a pine forest, 9 km from the town of Umag.

The complex offers accommodation in four-bed apartments and six-bed apartments..
• Apartment 1 / 4 has a bedroom with double bed, living room with double bed and kitchenette and two beds, toilet, TV, telephone, balcony or terrace.
• Apartment 1 / 6 with 2 double bedrooms, living room with double bed or two beds and a kitchenette, toilet, TV, telephone, balcony or terrace.

Individual with the option to order half board-breakfast buffet, dinner with choice. Half board is possible only if the person ordered it all.
