Resort Villas Rubin is located in the southern part of Rovinj, approximately 3 km from the city center. Individual houses are located in the park with olive trees and pines.

pebble and pebble beach with concrete panels are located 100-300 meters from the resort. On the beach you can rent chairs for a fee.

The resort is located nerenovované renovated and apartments for 2-5 persons. They have a kitchenette (stove, fridge), bathroom with toilet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe, terrace or garden.
• Studio 3 for max. 3 people is renovated, has a bed and a bed.
• Apartment B4 for max. 4 people is renovated, has a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed (190x140cm).
• Apartment for up to B5. 5 persons is renovated, has a bedroom with double bed, separate room with 1 or 2 beds, living room with two beds (190x140cm).
