The hotel complex is located in Girandella Rabac resort about 1km from the town and 200m from the local traffic stops. It consists of a main building and three pavilions Ulika, Oleander and agave.

The hotel is about 150m from the beach (some pavilions to 300m), the beaches are pebble and shingle with platforms for sunbathing. Umbrellas and chairs can be rented for a fee on the spot, changerooms.

Comfortably furnished double rooms with 1 bed with bathroom with shower and toilet, LCD satellite TV and refrigerator. Are oriented to the park (VP) or horse (VM), some have balconies.

Half board - breakfast and dinner buffet.
