Family run hotel surrounded by pine woods is located about 10 minutes walk from the historical center of Porec.

The nearest pebble-sand beach is 100m from the hotel.
There is beach service fee on the spot.

The hotel offers accommodation in single and double rooms and appartment for 3-4 pax.
All rooms have air-conditioning, SAT TV, shower, phone.
Apartments are the same as rooms, but have a sea side balcony. Apartment for 3 person - max. 2 adults + 1 child, apartment for 4 person - max. 2 adults + 2 children till 14y. or 3 adults.

Half board (up to 26.5 and from 15.9) - breakfast and dinner buffet, drinks to the dinner.
All Inclusive Light (from 26.5-15.9) - breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, drinks at lunch and dinner (domestic wines, draft beer, soft drinks machine - cola, tonic, juice, iced tea, water, coffee, tea ).
