The complex total 260 apartments located 2 km from the fishing village Seget, where you get on the promenade. City of Trogir on the UNESCO list of world heritage by Unesco is 4 km away. The airport of Split is 30 km away.

A long pebble beach, places with sand and concrete surfaces for sunbathing is distant from 50 to 400 meters from the apartments.

Apartments for 3-5 persons are located in multi-storey terraced houses.
All apartments have a bathroom with shower and toilet, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, balcony or terrace, the lounge dining area with a small refrigerator and stove, parking space.
Apartments are marked with standard older type.
• A2 +1 to the max. 3 people is about 40 m2 and consists of a bedroom with 2 beds and living room with extra bed. The apartments are located on the ground floor and have a small terrace.
• B4 +1 for max. 5 people is about 46 m2 and consists of two separate bedrooms with 2 beds and living room with extra bed. The apartments are located on the 1st floor and a balcony.

Self-catering.
Possibility of a supplement for half board, with all accommodation must be of the same diet.
