Villa Matejuska located directly in Split in a historic building, which is included in the UNESCO world heritage site. In this building are 6 apartments which are preserved all the typical characteristics of buildings from the 19th century.

Sandy beach is far from the apartments, only 20 m.

The apartments offer accommodation for 2-3 people and are nicely furnished. Their equipment includes SAT TV, radio, telephone, fax, internet available for borrowing a computer (on request, to be paid on the spot), air conditioning, bathroom with shower, hair dryer and toilet. Possibility of borrowing iron as needed (on demand). Apartments are identified by location in the building and the capacity of the apartment.
