Another tourist destination in Trogir Riviera is Kaštela, also called the "Road of castles" that stretches the length of 16 km between the towns of Split and Trogir. Once there were built 13 castles, which are still preserved 7 of them. In the vicinity of these castles were gradually built a small village like Stafilic Kastel, Kastel Novi, Kastel Strait, Kastel Gomilica and more. For tourists the most popular part is Kastel Stafilic with the dominating tower Rotonda from 16.st, offering beautiful sandy-pebble beach in the Riviera Kastel in the part Resnik. City of Kastela is situated between the ancient city of Trogir and Split. The complex consists of hotel pavilions and bungalows, located in the park about 4 km from the town of Trogir and 5 km from the town of Split.
