The complex consists of the hotels of category 2 *, 3 * and apartments. Bon Repos apartments surrounded by greenery is located about 2 km from the historical center of Korcula.

Rocky and pebble beaches, sometimes with concrete panels for sunbathing is 100 -300 m from the apartments.

The apartments are located in multi-storey buildings and are furnished simply and efficiently. All have bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette in the living room, satellite TV and balcony or terrace.

The complex has an outdoor swimming pool, table tennis, tennis courts, multifunctional playground, miniature golf.
