Skis as a gift (offer is valid from 23 Nov 2009)


Special deal "Skis as a gift" applies to tours purchased from Winter 2009/10 offer of travel agency Reny travel where the amount of basic services bought is more than € 2500 while none of the discounts such as first-moment, last-minute or VIP discounts were applied.

Clients right for one pair of promoted skis Dynastar Skicross-8 (worth € 275,00) for free arises after fix confirmation of a tour purchased from Reny travel, Winter offer 09/10 worth more than € 2500,00.

The client who meets the stated criteria and applies his claim for the gift at the moment of signing the contract will receive the promoted skis Dynastar Skicross-8 by a delivery service to the address as written on the travel contract. It is not possible to claim the promoted skis additionally and the gift of skis for free is non-refundable.

The entitlement to free ski campaign ceases in case of tour cancellation, additional changes in the travel contract or partial trip cancellation by the customer when doing so will reduce the price below a specified value of the tour € 2500. If the promoted skis were sent to the client whose right for the gift ceased later on, he will be additionally charged the full price of the skis of € 275,00.

Travel agency Reny Travel reserves the right to change the terms, change the model of promoted skis if the current model is out of stock as well as the right to grant or deny the claim to the promoted skis in cases such as partial cancellation of the tour, regular customer, large groups, school trips and so on.

Promotion is valid from 23/11/2009 until the offered model is out of stock, or until recalled.
