Lagorai Residence is situated on a sunny and panoramic location at an altitude of 1000 meters. From the town center Tesero residence is 500 meters away. Tesero is smaller and quieter town, but has a central location in Val di Fiemme. Located between the towns of Cavalese and Predazzo. Tesero is common from the ski runs and lifts at Predazzo and Obereggen Latemar ski resort, offering 43 kilometers of slopes. It is also suitable for cross-country activities, since the surrounding lines took place in 1991 and 2003 World Championships in cross-country skiing.

4 km from the ski resort Alpe CERM and 8 km from Pampeago / Obereggen (center of the Ski Center Latemar), ski-bus stop about 50 meters (for free). Cross-country trails, about 2 km.

The apartments are furnished in the style of Tyrol, have bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen, TV, safe, Wi-Fi (fee on the spot)
• M2 - apartment (approx. 20 m / s 2) for max. 2 persons consists of a single room with double sofa bed, balcony.
• B4 - apartment (about 34 m / s 2) for max. 4 persons consists of a living room with double sofa bed or bunk bed and bedroom with double bed, balcony or ground floor. Apartments can be oriented to the north or south.
• B5 - apartment (about 40 m / s 2) for max. 5 persons consisting of living room with double sofa bed and bedroom with double bed and one single bed, balcony.
• T5 - apartment (about 42 m / 2) for max. 5 persons consisting of living room with sofa bed jednolôžkovým, bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with bunk bed, balcony.
• T6 - apartment (about 44 m / s 2) for max. 6 persons consisting of living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with bunk bed, balcony.
• T8 - apartment (approximately 55 m / s 2) for max. 8 persons consisting of living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and bunk bed, balcony.

Hall with reception, internet corner (fee on the spot), games, children's playground, playground, garden, laundry and ironing, parking garage fee. Sport & relax: swimming pool, sauna, small gym.

bed in apartments is available only for children under 2 years (on request for a fee).

Small animals allowed on request for a fee (excluding common areas).

Minimum stay is 7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday / respectively. Sunday (see table). Accommodation is 16:00 to 20:00 pm. Apartments must be free to 09:30 pm.
